The team at Craftsman Auto Care – Fairfax continues the neighborhood tradition that Fairfax Tire & Auto started in 2016. This business was originally a transmission shop in the early 1980’s until the 1990’s. The building sat empty for several years until the owner of Fairfax Tire & Auto revitalized the building and invested in the best repair equipment including alignment racks and tire mounting & balancers. Craftsman Auto Care took over August 2018 with the addition of Matt Curry, the legendary icon from Curry’s Auto Service, and several new team members including ASE-Certified Master Technicians and a Hybrid and EV expert. This is the second Craftsman location and officially opened 2018 and also serves the neighboring towns of Oakton, Fair Oaks, Franklin Farm, Reston, Centreville, South Riding, Arcola and Stone Ridge.
