The digital inspection report delivered via email and text is nice, especially with the included photos. An(Drew), DJ and Richard were nice to deal with and they clearly focus on customer service. However the quality of the work doesn’t reflect the pricing. I had 4 new calipers fitted at a hefty price, and within 50ft of leaving the place I could hear something catching on the rotors. Yes, they made it right for free upon my return but how come this wasn’t detected in a test drive? It was clearly audible to my untrained ear. Their inspection indicated my exhaust was fine. But I could again hear myself that something was wrong. If anyone had done a test drive the noise was a dead give away something was not right. Upon returning again and asking for a further inspection the after market CAT fitted by the previous owner was found to be the wrong flange size. They charged my $110 to diagnose the problem then put it back as it was. No fix. After complaining Drew reached out and refunded me. Again, great customer service after poor initial work. They replaced a rusted out oil pan. This was not something I knew about and I was happy to see it identified on my inspection. However after this work the car still had to be returned due to them incorrectly seating a rubber gasket. For the third time I had issues in the quality of their work. They made it right again for free. But 3 returns in 3 weeks?
