I have an old vehicle that needs a lot of TLC and is in the shop frequently for aged parts and small breakdowns. Craftsman Auto Care gives my vehicle that TLC and on today’s visit identified a issue they missed last time through. Here’s the good part: They fixed the issue and didn’t charge me for the diagnostic because they told me they should have caught it the first time around. It’s just really nice to have that integrity in our neighborhood.
