Let me begin by telling that I have never been more satisfied with an auto repair shop as I am with Craftsman Auto Care. I can guarantee you am not being paid for this review nor have I received any added benefits by doing it. It is just plain simple, the customer service is by omg outstanding. Every individual there makes you feel like a VIP customer, no wonder why they have such great reviews. Andrew, Mason, and Steve are amazing people with great knowledge. I was impressed by the quality of their work and the fact that they actually provide you with visual evidence of what has been inspected and any damages that exist. That alone is beyond meeting expectations. After they inspected my vehicle and were completely honest about what needed to be done, even to the point to highlight what was not immediately needed. In my experience, many other shops, specially brand auto dealers will charge you no matter what and have you pay for repairs that are not justified. These folks at CAC have earned my loyalty.
