I have lived in the area for 5 years now, and have always had trouble (as a young female) finding a shop that I could trust with my vehicle. I have often scheduled my car maintenance around trips home to my parents house (~5 hrs away) just to avoid being nickled and dimed in the DC area. Craftsman was great, I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, and that is exactly what I got. The guy working on the car told me that the cabin/air filters were dirty, I said thank you and that I would change them myself. He had no arguments. Not to mention they got my car in/out in enough time for me to not be late to work. Highly recommend and will be coming back for any service needs!
