I needed some work done on the tie rod and struts, Andrew helped me with the repair, he went over and beyond to have the issues resolved and along the way he found other small issues that had to be addressed, he called and discussed those issues and the fact that they better be resolved now to prevent future costly repairs such as alignment of my four wheel drive. Andrew Long took care of all issues and was in touch with me in every step, he then test drove my car to make sure the problems are all resolved.
