As I pulled out of my garage this morning, I was surprised to hear a loud noise. It turned out my skid plate had been ripped loose by a massive puddle in the flash flooding that happened last night on my way home from work. I’m new to the area, and I didn’t have a trustworthy place to take my car yet, and I thought that my day and my plans for a hike or sidelined. I was pretty bummed. I found out that craftsman auto care was just less than a mile from my place so I thought I would at least try. 13 minutes after I arrived – they had repaired it – WITH NO CHARGE! Excellent friendly fast service. I’ll be back.
