First time using this business since we have only been in the area about a year. After today’s experience I will be bringing all my car business to these guys. It started with a call for some information and ended up with my vehicle receiving the attention it needed in less than 24 hours. Last month I brought my Mazda to the dealer for an inspection and the dealer quoted over $1,200 in “recommended” maintenance. I wanted a 2nd opinion so I brought it to these guys. They performed an even more in-depth inspection, identified legitimate items that the dealership didn’t catch, reviewed the “recommended” maintenance items from the dealership and advised that they were not necessary at this time (saved me well over $1,100). They explained their recommended items in-depth and provided pictures of everything. Service was top-notch and everyone was extremely polite, helpful and professional. Sorry I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name that took my initial call, but when I checked my vehicle in, I was greeted and helped by Matt. When the inspection was performed I was texted and called by Drew. Drew was very thorough and explained all the items in detail. The gentleman that checked me out was a different person, but he was also extremely polite and helpful. It was a refreshing surprise considering the state of customer service at most establishments these days. Job well done and I will definitely recommend your business.
