I’m between 4 and 5 stars so I rounded up. The service was prompt and properly done, price was fair and good communication. I especially liked the complete summary of everything they checked with digital photos so I could see what they saw. My one possible concern is whether they recommend to replace things before they are needed. They recommended, but didn’t push, that I replace the filters on the car, which has only 8,000 miles. I have to admit the photos made the filters look a little dirty, but normally filters should be good for 12 – 15k. I have had experiences with other places that pushed for unnecessary repairs for parts that were working, and the previous repair shop in this location was super honest all the time with me, so they have big shoes to fill. So far, I am happy with this new business and I will go back and hope they can maintain the high standards of their predecessor.
