So glad to have found craftsman. They’ve known what I’m talking about from the get go and have the capability of performing tests other shops were not able to do. Communication has been clear and timely. It’s a very difficulty time for me as I sit in that place of deciding whether the repairs are worth it or if it is time for a new vehicle and they have been helpful and have not pressured me into any unnecessary services. I’m grateful to have the facts and be able to decide. Another shop was going to charge me hundreds just to put a bandaid over the problem that was greater than I even new. Glad I got a second opionion first.
