the whole craftsman team was very helpful – direct about what work they were doing, what they assessed, how they would remedy it, and what it would cost and why. everyone from the owner to the new hire on his first day were professional, knowledgeable, and forthright. another employee even went home to retrieve equipment to help make a fix on a car part so that they wouldn’t have to order me a new one, saving me over $300. highly recommend.
