Took my 03 Mitsubishi Lancer in to have the timing belt done. Chris and the guys at Craftsman Auto told me they’d get it done and have my car back to me in a day, and that they’d send me updates about anything else that needed to be done. They sent me pictures of everything to show me the exact condition that my car was in, along with recommendations of what to do with it. This allowed me to make an informed decision about how best to repair my car. They worked with me to get the timing belt done and now I have an idea of what to prioritize next. I still got my car back in one day too! Super quick, extremely helpful. This is the most informed I have ever left a car appointment. Thanks guys!
