The facility was clean, waiting room was comfortable, and staff was friendly. I went to get an oil change and they showed me some “yellow flags” based on the courtesy inspection they did. I took their recommendation and went ahead and changed my air filter and got the fuel system/induction service to clean out the bottom of the fuel tank (according to the Lexus forum I read it’s a good thing to do once your milage starts getting higher or you experience some signs and symptoms that it needs to be cleaned out). I appreciated their honesty that I could probably wait another 5k miles or so before needing to get my rear brake pads replaced. Just a few minor cons: wished they had some coffee in the waiting area (I kept myself company ready a book their founder wrote about starting your own business); wish they were more timely about telling my when my car was done (I saw it in the parking lot and it was sitting there for more than just a few mins before I got up and asked when my car would be finished); decent charges on parts were offset by high labor charges… makes me really wonder why so much is charged for labor…I’ve seen how much work goes in to change an air filter…
