I tried Craftsman Auto Care for the first time after breaking down on the Wilson bridge on Christmas Eve. They worked on my car the day after Christmas. They performed a very comprehensive inspection of all the cars systems and gave me a detailed report. The immediate problem was a failed water pump, but they also pointed out a number of things that were past or near manufacture’s recommendations. We discussed these and came to an agreement about what should be done now and what could wait. The repairs were completed that day and they gained a new, very satisfied, customer.
