Several weeks ago I had a serious situation. I needed to take my Wife to the hospital in Mt. Vernon for an operation early the next morning. At 4pm something began dragging the ground on the bottom of our vehicle. I could see that it was a part of the car that had become partially loose. At 4:30pm got the car to Craftsman in McLean and explained my situation. They were really busy; especially at that hour. After a few minute wait, put the car on the lift and found that a shield for the oil pan had come loose. They had the needed bolts, quickly fixed it and I was on my way…..no charge! What a relief….and how grateful I was. They’ve earned my loyalty!
