I discovered earlier today one of my new car tires had a slice/cut in its sidewall and needed a new tire ASAP as I am leaving on a trip in 1 day. After Googling who handles Continental tires in McLean – Craftsman came up 1st – I decided to make a call. I also knew of another local family who had previously had service done at Craftsman of McLean and were pleased with the experience. To my pleasant surprise – Ray – was able to locate and have delivered in less than 2 hours a new tire meeting my needs. Within an hour after notification, I had my new installed tire.
