I worked with Kerrion to explain my problem (I thought I had a bent wheel rim). I later learned from DJ that there were two bent rims (the car was driven over a curb) and recommended using the spare tire’s rim and a refurbished rim to replace the two bent rims (the lease bent rim was used on the spare tire). DJ took the lead in finding a refurbished rim (not easy for a 2002 car) and remounted and rebalanced the two rear tires when the refurbished rim arrived. The Team did a nice job and were on time and within their estimate. Since this is my primary car, I am grateful to have it back and in a condition that is safe to operate.
