Very Impressive approach to diagnostics via texted videos of problems diagnosed. Made the case for the repairs very well. The repairs were costly; but necessary. No complaints. The service writer and mechanics were outstanding. The loaner was a great help as my business depends on my being able to keep my appointments. If there is such a thing as looking forward to having one’s vehicle repaired, it will be with this shop.
