Everyone at Craftsman is always incredibly kind and helpful. I’ve never felt condescended to or like they’re trying to upsell me. In the past, they’ve even told me that I don’t need expensive repairs that were recommended by other shops. I’m not usually loyal to a particular shop but I will definitely be coming here for all of my auto needs in the future.
