I am so impressed! Tom and his guys at Craftsman Auto Care rock!!! I stopped by to ask about unclogging the drain in my moonroof. All I needed was to have an air compressor blow out whatever was clogging the drain. I had stopped earlier at an auto repair shop down the road and they quoted me $75 to $120 to take a look at it but they couldn’t do it until Monday. So I decided to see if Craftsman Auto Care could quote me a better price. Even though they were busy, they listened to my issue and then asked me to pull around back. They fixed my issue in 5 minutes! And when I asked them how much, he said not to worry about it as it was a simple fix. I always worry that I’m going to get ripped off especially at an auto repair shop because I’m a female (as in the case of the other auto shop. I mean for a 5 minute fix, the other guys were going to charge me so much money!) but Tom and his crew decided to exercise decency, common courtesy and provide honest help. This is so hard to come by especially lately. Thanks guys! You have earned my trust and my future business!
