What a great experience! We broke down leaving Wash. D.C. for Akron OH and luckily we were near this location. Ray took our car right in , checked some issues to see if he could get us on our way quickly and when it was more serious than he thought- fit us in his busy schedule. He could not get the part we needed but referred us to the nearest Subaru dealer then did not charge us at all for the diagnostics since he knew we’d be re- charged. What a lovely experience to deal with such a kind person in such a stressful situation. Too bad we don’t live in town to give him our future business! Thank you so much!!!
