While they’re very nice and I love the way more advanced assessments and technology, they kept my vehicle for almost 5 days. After my suspension failing a safety Inspection, I signed off on a replacement only for them to damage an axle and other parts of the suspension. They also never did the emissions inspection I asked for and when I went back asking about this, they claimed they needed to take it to another shop.
