I not really one to leave reviews, good or bad, but I have to say that the team at Craftsman’s auto care in Marrifield is amazing! I feel like they run their business how you would hope people would in a perfect world. Respectful, understanding, and genuinely trying to help you out without breaking your bank. I was having a major and mysterious car issue and the team put in loads of extra effort to figure it out. I’m not a “car girl” and sometimes I worry that gets exploited, so I really appreciate that their team takes the time to explain what’s going on and what needs to be done in laymen’s terms. I have never felt like I was being tricked or bullied into doing repairs like I have felt at other shops. They are a stand up team with amazing customer service.
