Got far more than expected in terms of what I requested vs what I got. My front end alignment went far beyond the original pricing yet the charge didn’t change. Also, I got briefed on the car’s condition and safety features quite thoroughly as they always do. Their goal is to “be the best shop available with the best technicians” is easily met. I want to thank Craftsman for going far beyond the expected.
