The day before driving to Florida from Virginia I picked up a nail right at the corner of the rear tire. Could not be plugged – too dangerous. The tires were brand new Continentals. I called Craftsman the morning I was to leave town to see if they could get the same tire and install it. Brandon ordered the tire at 7:15am and had me come in at 11am for the install. I was on the road that afternoon as planned. These guys went out of the way to help me even though I was a first time customer. I will definitely use these guys in the future.
