Was trying to get a safety inspection done today when 4 other local shops were either to busy or “already filled to capacity” or didn’t have enough inspectors or some other excuse. Called Craftsman auto care since they had good reviews and are fairly new, Jonathan picked up the phone and was super helpful and accommodating even though I had no appointment. They were able to get my inspection done within an hour and gave me a complimentary digital complete vehicle inspection/lookover. When it was complete I then had the pleasure of speaking to Krystal who went over my inspection report and gave me some clarification on what things to keep an eye out for that might need to be repaired/replaced in the future. She was very thorough and no one that I spoke to there tried to sell me on any unnecessary services or repairs. Overall amazing experience and super friendly customer service orientated shop. Look forward to doing more business with them.
