I had come in for a differential pinion seal replacement which is highly expensive for my car and I was originally quoted for 13 hours of labor and after shopping around, that was what all shops were giving me in the estimate. I went to pick it up and the manager told me it took half the time I was originally quoted and I was billed accordingly. By far was the best news I had gotten and can’t be happier with the honesty and integrity this shop has! I had been going to the Alexandria location for 2 years ever since it was recommended to me and we moved to Leesburg yet I still drive down to the Chantilly location and this past experience is the reason I will continue to come!
