Courteous; not friendly. Workmanship appears good. Reasonably quick turnaround time. (I needed a new clutch slave cylinder) I noticed afterwards that they tightened a belt I had been meaning to fix (that’s not what it was in for). It is much appreciated. The prices are a bit high, but all of Mclean seems to be. They also double the price of the parts they use, but that’s not uncommon in the industry. A new slave cylinder in the transmission was $850. On a later trip to them, they told me they don’t work on carbureted engines and didn’t know who did. I went two blocks down to Firestone and found that they will. They are also very friendly. Now, I have a new mechanic.
