From the moment Steve answered the phone at Craftsman, it was an uphill experience. We were traveling from Virginia to NJ on a Friday afternoon for a family wedding when we heard some scary clunking from breaks that were installed just two days prior. We called several shops, all of which turned us away late on a Friday afternoon. All except Steve at Craftsman. After assessing the problem, a mechanic at Craftsman went down the street and picked up the part we needed, and, in less than an hour total, we were back in the road to NJ.
