This was my first time at a Craftsman Auto Care . I went to the Fairfax ,Va. location on Lee Hwy and I was extremely pleased. They kindly greeted me at the door and checking in was done with ease.I like that they offer shuttle service within a 5 mile radius for those that need it .The shop looked clean and organized. Coffee was good. They didn’t try and fix things that didn’t need fixing.They earned my trust and I will be back!!
