I had one of the best experiences at Craftsman than I have had in a long time at an auto shop. I did not have an appointment and they squeezed me in same day. I came in needing a new battery, and they did an entire inspection of my car. They sent a detailed list of items that could use some maintenance, but did not force any extra services onto me. They were super kind and transparent about what my car needed. I had an excellent experience and the pricing was great too! Definitely returning in the future!
