Chris and DJ in Kingstowne give the best customer service! I liked receiving the inspection report I was sent digitally to know the current status and future needs. They are very honest and forthright explaining what is needed & level of urgency. The pricing is very fair and transparent. They even went out of their way to take me home after I dropped my car off because I did not have a ride. Chris stayed a little late to ensure my tire was fixed before a long road trip the next day. I also witnessed the kindness and care they gave a senior lady who didn’t know much about the car repairs she needed. I verified what she was being told was correct and agreed with their suggestions. She agreed to go ahead with the service and come back the next day. They stayed late to put on her spare tire so she could get home close by. I have gone to this shop since they opened in the late 80’s. Additionally, I have referred my friends and clients to them especially when they are new to the area. It is under new management now and I am happy to see this owner running the shop with the same integrity and care for the customers.
