Going to Craftsman on Saturday to get a quote was a gift of a decision for my 2007 Toyota Solara convertible that I love. My goal was to get three quotes. I called Mr. Tire, but because of the $46 charge to just look, I said no thanks. I called another small business, could only make a quote appointment that I just couldn’t keep because Craftsman wowed me so much. Since Ray at Craftsman said he would make time, I drove over late Saturday afternoon for a quote. From the moment I stepped in, I felt very comfortable that Ray and his team were not going to take advantage. By the time I left, of course I dropped the goal to get three total quotes. I felt really good about Ray’s demeanor and quote, brought the car in on Monday morning at 7AM, and Ray waited for me to pick up, after 6PM. When I picked up, I was in awe at how Ray patiently explained what his team did, showed me that he reviewed the carfax report to thoroughly get to know my car’s condition and service history, explained future maintenance needs.
