I go to Craftsman Auto Care for all my car care needs. I don’t ever feel like they are trying to do more than is needed and they let me know what I should be looking at for future maintenance. It can be intimidating for a woman to go to an auto shop, but I never feel like I am being taken advantage of; they are patient and explain to me exactly what is going on. I also love the cleanliness of the shop and how welcoming the atmosphere is.
