I walked in with a puncture in my tire hoping to patch the hole. They tried to patch it twice but unfortunately the patch didn’t take. They ended up needing to replace the tire. I was lucky and they happened to have the exact same tire in stock. Since I went early morning, they were able to get the tire shipped and replaced on the same day. I was a little nervous about paying for both a patch and a tire, but they only charged me for the materials and labor for the tire! They wouldn’t even accept a tip when I offered to thank them for not charging me for the patches. This dedication to service and ability to deliver really impressed me and got my car back the same day with little hassle.
