The shop is brand new but has pulled in experienced technicians from their other locations. The team is very professional! Troy, Chris, and Matt explained everything in detail by using their Digital Vehicle Condition Report (never seen this before). They email photos of nearly every item they diagnosed to help me see what’s being recommended and helping me decide with more specific and relevant information. I had sought a 2nd opinion on some recommended services from another shop and Troy and Chris helped me save money by not having to replace all the items recommended by the other shop. I appreciated the comprehensive Digital Vehicle Condition Report and the discussion I had with Troy to select only the items I wantred to pursue at this point. I’ll definitely be going back to follow through on some of the other recommended items during my next scheduled service.
