I dont ever write reviews, but these guys deserve it. Been using Craftsman for years for my current and previous car. I’ve been to the Alexandria and Fairfax locations, and these folks are literally the best I’ve ever been to. Always friendly and personable – very thorough, honest, and transparent. Theyre never pushy, and I never feel like I’m paying for repairs I don’t need. Their reports after inspections include photos and are easy to understand as well. They always offer rides from the shop if repairs will take a few hours, but the office is comfortable enough that I honestly dont mind waiting there. Never had an issue with waiting too long, either. They might not be the cheapest out there, but you truly do get what you pay for, and I think their charges are more than reasonable for the great work they put in. I would drive hours out of my way to come here if it meant I could avoid the headaches I’ve experienced with other shops. Thank you to the whole Craftsman team – yall are great
