I bought a used 2007 Honda Fit in January and while it’s in solid condition and low miles, I knew the tires were old and needed to be replaced. Craftsman did a full inspection and noted there were some other critical original parts on the car that needed work. While it was more than I was planning on spending, the car is running in top shape now. The other thing that was incredibly helpful is the site link they sent that had every item detailed for me with photos and explanations of condition and recommended work. They gave me time to look it over and see what I could afford to fix and recommended what could wait if I didn’t want to repair everything at once. They wore masks when I arrived, I was immediately greeted and they even inspected my other car in less than 15 minutes when we came to pick the Fit up. I will definitely be returning to them in the future.
