Excellent service. You might think replacing a tire would be a simple matter – wrong! An exact replacement was located and delivered to Craftsman in 4 hours. They called to let me know the replacement had arrived. By the time I got there the tire was mounted and balanced. Once on the truck the tire low pressure light would no go out. A manager stopped what he was doing and assisted with inflating all tires to the correct pressure. The tire low pressure light went out and I was on my way. Service beyond expectation – hard to find these days!!!
