I went in for an oil change and a noise I hadn’t been able to figure out in 2 years. They immediately gave me a tech to ride with and within 30 seconds he heard the noise! A few hours later my oil was changed, the noise was fixed (for under $200) and I had a ride from them back to the shop to pick up my car. It’s nice to go to a place where you feel like you’re being treated like a VIP. Even the Marketing person was kind and shared tips with a fellow business owner about marketing. I actually look forward to maintenance; to see everyone on the team as they keep my 130,000+ mile car on the road. Thank you!
