My overall experience dealing with Craftstman Auto was highly positive. They were able to take in my 2019 Silverado on a short notice appointment. The customer service was excellent, very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I left my vehicle to run a diagnostic on the climate control module which was malfunctioning. After a couple hours, I received a call stating the climate control had a bad fuse. The technicians were thorough and helpful in a time where a previous mechanic misdiagnosed the issue and would have charged me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend this shop for anyone having car troubles.
