I highly recommend Craftsman Auto. Their expertise and diligence saved me thousands of dollars from a local Audi dealership. After questioning Audi’s attempt at charging me over $4,000 of repairs to remove a check engine light from a perfectly functioning Q5, I sought a 2nd opinion at Craftsman. They not only correctly diagnosed the defective timing chain and tensioner, but they did research on a class action lawsuit on my Audi Q5 with this issue. Instead of charging me to fix it, they directed me to call audi corporate to get this repair completed for free at an Audi dealership!
