Traveling from out of state, my car would not start when I stopped to refuel. After contacting Craftsman of Chantilly to find out if they could work on my vehicle I had it towed to their shop. They quickly determined that the starter motor had failed. They provided a detailed estimate for the repair and an estimated time for completion of the work. They did not disappoint. No surprises.
