My vehicle was disabled and not starting. After contacting Craftsman to see if they could service my car, I had it towed to their shop. The service writer and their technicians were great. I had a suspicion that it was the starter on the car and sure enough that is exactly what they found; bad starter motor. They provided a detailed estimate for the repair and a timeframe for completing the work and they were spot on. All in all, no surprises, everyone was prompt, and courteous. I was kept informed of the progress of the work. I frankly couldn’t have asked for a better experience given the situation. Highly recommend them for your next auto repair.
