I do not normally post glowing reviews, but I will make an exception in this case. I have taken at least 5 cars to Craftsman Auto in Sterling/Cascades, and each visit has gone as well as I could have hoped. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The shop itself is always in great shape. The work is flawless. The prices are always fair. It has become my “go to” option because I have 100% trust in them and in the work they do. I have tried many auto service companies since moving to Loudoun County. There is no better option in this area.
