My Mechanic made sure he told me everything that they would have to do to fix my 1995 Buick. They even gave me a heads up on issues they may run into because of the age of the vehicle. They even took the time to inspect my entire vehicle for other issues and rated the issues as recommend, critical, fix now. Of course the used a different terminology but there was an entire breakdown sent to me in an email…so cool. They said they would work on my car on a Monday morning and I received a call by 11AM that my car was ready for pickup the same day! When I picked up my car I was prepared to dish out the estimated cost, but to my surprise they were able to complete the job under the estimated cost. This was truly a blessing to me.
