I like the customer support system setup for Craftsman Auto Care. From scheduling appointment via text (very convenient) to out the door, the process is flawless. I took my vehicle for an inspection and they provided the electronic report with pics and walked me through all the details that I needed to know. I really like the transparency that they share with customers. I had oil change done here before for my Lexus and the price is reasonable. There is a complimentary snack bar with Keurig coffee, too.
