I just moved to the area and had to get a flat tire fixed. I called Craftsman Auto Care. The area that stood out the most during the entire process was their “excellent” customer service. From the original call to the follow up to the general manager I met with to pick up my car, this was by far the best customer service I have received in a long time. They also gave me an honest assessment of my vehicle and they were not pushy in any way with their recommendations. I will definitely use them going forward and will highly recommend them to others.
