They try to get you to do what they want. I acted like I didn’t know anything about cars and they just tried to put higher cost oil in my car than what I wanted and I just had to talk to 2 different guys before they went ahead and put synthetic blend…what I wanted in my car. Another lady was in there as well and they failed her on her VA car inspection that took an hour and a half on some really small stuff.
