I’ve been here a few times and they’ve always been very professional, courteous, kind, and done a great job. Not pushy or intimidating at all, and will explain at great length what needs to be done w your car’s maintenance presently and the near future. I’ve never been to the other Craftsman locations, but they do excellent work in Fairfax.
